Before you buy

A few useful answers.

Which book should I start with?

Choose by the situation you are facing. Volume 4 covers the employment tribunal journey. The other volumes focus on dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, settlement agreements and workplace procedures. Use the book chooser.

Can a book replace legal advice?

A book can help you understand a topic and prepare questions. It cannot assess your individual case or replace required independent advice on a settlement agreement. Seek timely advice when rights, eligibility or deadlines are uncertain.

Where can I check the price and read a sample?

Follow the book’s Amazon link for current availability, formats, pricing and any sample offered on the product page. Prices and editions may change.

Are the rules current?

The inspected Employment Tribunal edition states that the law was checked on 28 July 2026. This site links to current official guidance and records later changes. Read the edition and source notes.
